Privacy policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Your data stays on your devices, in your iCloud account and in the Reminders app. LIANT operates no server that would receive it and has no access to it.

1. Publisher and data controller

T'esperam is published by LIANT, a simplified joint-stock company with variable capital (société par actions simplifiée à capital variable), 5 avenue Jean Jaurès, 34600 Bédarieux, France, registered with the Béziers trade and companies register under number 908 976 897. LIANT is the controller of the processing of the data it receives, described in section 8. It does not receive the data the app processes on your devices and in your iCloud account.

Publication director: Roland Laurès. Website hosting: LIANT, on its own servers, at the address above.

2. Data T'esperam reads

What T'esperam does not read: the content of the conversations between you and your agents, that is, their exchanges, their transcripts and your code. The app only knows the thread messages described above. The text you type in a Claude Code session is neither kept nor transmitted by T'esperam.

3. Where it is stored

On the device. The registries, the usage history, the messages, the memory index and the settings are in the app's container, protected by the system sandbox.

In your iCloud account. When iCloud synchronization is on, T'esperam copies to the private CloudKit database of your account the sessions (name, project, state), the thread messages and their attachments, the comments, the names of your Macs and the plan usage readings. These copies let your Mac, iPhone and iPad display the same information. They stay in your iCloud space, subject to Apple's terms, and LIANT has no access to them. The memory index is not synchronized.

Sharing. If you share your iCloud zone with another person through the system sharing sheet, that person can read and write the messages, their attachments and the sessions of that zone. You can stop sharing at any time from the app.

4. What is sent, and to whom

T'esperam sends no data to a LIANT server or to an analytics service. Outgoing communications are limited to the following.

RecipientNature
Apple (iCloud, CloudKit, notifications)The synchronization described in section 3, and silent notifications that tell your devices something has changed.
Apple (App Store)Purchase, free trial and renewal of the subscription.
The forge you added (gitlab.com, the address of your GitLab instance, or api.github.com)If you added a forge account: read requests about your merge requests, discussions and pipelines, authenticated with your token. If you allow your agents to write, T'esperam lets them comment, create and merge through that same account. Without a forge account, no request is made. No redirect is followed, so a token never goes to another host.
Your own Mac (127.0.0.1)A local server reachable only from the machine lets your agents talk to T'esperam. It accepts no connection coming from the network.
Your agents (Claude Code) and, through them, the provider of their model (Anthropic)Once you agree in the app, the T'esperam tools added to Claude Code give your agents the thread messages, the names of their attachments and the comments you make on them with the passage commented on, the requests in the "Agents" list and the excerpts of your memory folders they search for. Claude Code sends these texts to the provider of its model, Anthropic, under your own account and Anthropic's terms. T'esperam itself never contacts Anthropic's servers.

Links to external documentation open in your browser only when you choose them.

5. Purchases

The subscription is handled by Apple (StoreKit). Payment, the free trial and renewal all take place with Apple, and LIANT receives no payment or identity data. The app only reads, on the device, the state of your subscription in order to unlock its features.

6. Crash reports

T'esperam includes no crash reporting tool. Only the reports that Apple passes on to developers, with your consent in your device settings, can reach LIANT, in the anonymous form Apple provides.

7. Advertising, analytics, resale

T'esperam contains no advertising, no analytics and no trackers. The app does not track users across other apps or websites, and LIANT neither sells nor shares any data. This website uses no cookies and no scripts.

8. Legal basis and retention

Data LIANT receives. LIANT processes the messages you send to the address in section 1 in order to answer you and support the app, on the basis of the contract between you and LIANT under the app's license (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It keeps them for three years after your last message. They are hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). The crash reports and statistics Apple passes on to developers reach LIANT only with your consent, given in your device settings and revocable there.

Data the app processes. All other data stays on your devices and in your iCloud account until you erase it; LIANT neither receives nor keeps any of it. Access to Reminders depends on the permission you grant to the system, which you can withdraw at any time in the device's privacy settings. Only attachments are erased automatically, thirty days after the request they belong to is closed.

9. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability provided by the GDPR. Because all the data is with you, you exercise them directly.

10. Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new update date.
